Location and service good, but I would not stay again as: 1. The room smelled funny- like it used to be a smoking room or something. Nauseating. 2. Loud even at 3am, from the 10th floor 3. Room overall while large and well designed did not feel very clean. Carpets felt a bit sticky

Rooms look much nicer in photos, and are need in repair and deep cleaning in actuality. A let down compared to Ovolos in Australia - Noise issues: clubs nearby playing music til 5am, along with 'happy time' sounds from nearby room guests coming through the door as its not sound proofed - Dirty rooms: large red stains (hopefully not blood) on the carpent and mould in the bathrooms - Front counter staff were generally nice and professional, problems we experienced werent their fault

Ovolo Hong Kong was a fantastic stay—stylish design, very clean rooms, and a super comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe felt modern and fun. Great location for getting around the city, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Excellent value and I’d happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ovolo last week. We bought the Luxury Escape package which included breakfast and dinner. Service was excellent, food was great. I don't normally eat Indian food, especially when it's vegetarian, but the Indian dinner we had was divine and highly recommended. Try and ask for a higher floor as we were on level 6 and we could (just) hear the music from the bars in LKF. The free washer and dryer was very useful. Location is great, however, walking there from Central MTR can be a nightmare. I'd recommend asking the hotel for clear directions so you don't end up dragging your luggage up the steep cobbled streets.

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff we very friendly and attentive but just couldn’t sleep due to the noise of music from night club and bars nearby which went on to early morning hours even during the week. Room was comfortable though a few niggles e.g safe needed fixing on arrival, coffee machine didn’t work, only Chinese tv channels worked and bathroom towels - some changed but not replaced. The location was great for exploring on foot though, you just need to be a heavy sleeper!
