We recently enjoyed a wonderful 2-night leisure staycation at The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the service and atmosphere were world-class. A special highlight was the excellent lounge service provided by Tara and Angel. Their warm, attentive, and professional hospitality made every visit to the lounge a true pleasure. They anticipated our needs, offered great recommendations, and ensured we felt completely pampered throughout my stay. Truly, they elevated the entire experience - supported by the lounge's Ruinart Champagne free-flow happy hours and excellent quality accompanying snack menu. The room was incredibly spacious – among the largest I’ve seen in Hong Kong. My N2 Grand room was at least 500 square feet, featuring elegant Italian marble, minimalist gold accents, and floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the city skyline and lush greenery1. The white marble bathroom was a sanctuary in itself, with a huge standalone bathtub and a separate powerful rain and wall showers. Our stay at the hotel was fantastic, largely thanks to Hassan's outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests and ensured every detail was taken care of with a smile. His genuine care and efficiency made us feel truly valued as guests. I highly recommend this hotel, and if you're lucky enough to have Hassan assist you, you're in great hands.

We recently held our wedding at The Murray and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the outstanding service. We booked the Murray Signature Suite for our traditional tea ceremony and Cassia Room 3-4 for the evening banquet. Everything ran smoothly thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the team. Special thanks to Shirley and Ivan in the Cassia Room. Shirley was incredibly proactive, helped plan the event, and suggested a beautiful “March-in” ceremony that made our day even more memorable. Ivan kindly volunteered as our MC and did a fantastic job. We also want to thank Reneen Wong for meticulously following up on every detail and being so responsive. Big thanks to Irene and the Housekeeping team for their attentive support. The Murray is highly recommended for weddings and special events in Hong Kong. The staff members were attentive, accomodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The swimming was excellent with lifeguard constantly checking my daughter safety. Hui was our housekeeper who did an oustanding job everyday and paid great attention to detail. Despite the lack of shopping center attached to the hotel, we did have an utmost comfortable stay.
