Life Is Beaut a month ago
Not sure how this is a five star hotel the quality and decor is poor, the rooms are very dated and musty. The windows aren’t clean. There is no soundproofing. There is nothing nice or special about this place for the price. It is central and handy to be able to get here from airport for short stay rather than change lines but I much prefer to stay in other areas of Hong Kong. I definitely won’t be staying here again.

The experience staying at The Pottinger was a great one from start to finish. The staff at reception were very welcoming and attentive, with the location and quality of the room adding to this. Whenever I’m next in Hong Kong, it’ll be at the top of my list to stay at again!

We enjoyed our 8 days at The Pottinger. The hotel is conveniently located in Central, so very close to all travel options, including the Mid Level Travellators. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well appointed, and serviced twice a day. I highly recommend the Pottinger, and would stay here when we next return to Hong Kong.
