This hotel was beyond amazing. The staff were especially helpful and courteous. Our room overlooked the harbour and was stunning. The room was cleaned and serviced twice a day and they went above and beyond. The pool was gorgeous over looking the harbour. The pool service was great and they came by every hour with a special treat! The concierge was top notch especially Alfred. He never steered us wrong. His recommendations were great! Natalie was helpful also. The bell captain was always making sure we never carried our bags. I have stayed at many Four Seasons and will say this one was the best in service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Hong Kong .

As someone who works in the service industry, I have incredibly high standards, but the team at the Four Seasons Hong Kong completely blew me away. The level of attentiveness here is unmatched. The staff genuinely preempts your needs before you even have to ask. A massive shoutout to Simon, Ken, James, and the rest of the front-of-house team on duty during our stay. Right before we left for the airport, they noticed I needed to pack all my new shopping into my bags. Instead of letting me scramble in the middle of the lobby, they immediately guided me to a quiet, private corner to pack comfortably, and had a staff member waiting the second I finished to take my bags straight to the taxi. On top of the flawless service, the room service food was absolutely delicious and totally exceeded our expectations! Rooms are spacious and clean, I really loved the different modes of lighting that you can easily choose. From lightning-fast room requests to genuine warmth at every turn, this is exactly what makes the Four Seasons stand out above the rest. Flawless 2-night stay. We will absolutely be back!
