Another excellent short stay at this HK hotel -- as always, the room was spotless and beautifully prepared, and I was given early check in. The location is brilliant, just off mid-levels escalator, with plenty of shopping and food options nearby. The staff are kind and attentive, especially Gigi, who went the extra mile to help with refrigeration of diabetes medicine. All the staff are trilingual (Cantonese, Mandarin, English) and very friendly and professional. Recommended for visitors to Hong Kong.

The location is great. The rooms are smaller and shabbier than the photos suggest. The staff at check-in were nice; night shift staff awful. If traveling for business: the rooms have no usb or international sockets; they sell converters from a vending machine but only if you have Chinese payment apps. I wouldn’t stay again.

First time staying at the Butterfly on Wellington. The location is fantastic. Easy to walk to from the Central station and overhead walkways. Right in the heart of Downtown HK, quick stroll to Lan Kwai Fong and other lively spots in Central. Check in was polite and quick. Elevators moved up and down quickly. Hotel room felt spacious (king size bed option). Loved the shower & water pressure. I would stay here again when visiting HK.

We needed a room for a family of four with room to move and breathe inside. Our room was spacious with a king bed and a fold out queen sofa. A refrigerator, Nescafé machine and hot water machine were handy. The only downside is no onsite self service laundry although there is a place next door. Location is great for access to MTR and ferries with a reasonable price
