Room 805 21/08 to 23/08 Honestly, I have no idea how this hotel is rated four stars. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would. The facilities are extremely poor, the reception was disappointing, and there are virtually no amenities. The room was unbelievably tiny, probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. I’m 1.80 m tall, and I literally couldn’t fit properly on the mattress; my legs were hanging off the end. For a couple, the room is simply impossible. Whenever one of us needed to open a suitcase, the other person had to step outside because there was physically no space for two people and luggage at the same time. And unfortunately, the problems don’t stop there. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the room that made my nose itch. The window was strange, the curtains were dirty, and the floor was visibly unclean. The shower was ridiculously small as well, you’re sitting in the bathroom and practically feel like you’re sharing the same space as the person in the bedroom. Location is good, Aircon is cold enough (adjustable), showering water is warm/hot enough (adjustable), so that's all good. Not for fussy travellers: bed is super hard (felt like yoga mat hardness), no hand soap, no hand towel, no soundproofing, but otherwise it's good value for money. Quirky: there's a full length mirror in front of the toilet bowl, so you can scrutinise your facial expressions while you go about your morning business..

Location: A short walking distance from the A21 bus stop and MTR exit. There are plenty of restaurants around, as well as a mall. Room: The Urban Twin Room has limited space. You can’t open two large suitcases at the same time. There is a complimentary one-time bottle of water in the room, but unfortunately, there is no water refilling dispenser. The water pressure and heater are great. Basic amenities like tissue, toothbrush, and towels are provided. Shampoo and conditioner are also available in their own containers. The bed is so-so—not too hard, not too soft. The air conditioning runs 24/7, and you don’t need to insert your keycard for power. Staff: Be prepared to provide a refundable HKD 500 deposit upon check-in. We didn’t encounter any rudeness. The receptionist wasn’t very smiley, but we were able to understand their basic English. Housekeeping is visible in the morning—just inform them if you need room cleaning. Overall: We didn’t encounter any major issues, so we would recommend this property
