「大壹燒鵝」，以靚燒鵝、叉燒及乳豬等，潤澤一眾「 美食沙漠」的街坊。老闆兼燒味師傅胡啟榮，曾在澳門米芝蓮餐廳「玥龍軒」工作，出品好有水準。每晚「大壹燒鵝」都大排長龍，到底有甚麼過人之處？原來店子下重本自設太空爐做燒味，每日即燒，胡啟榮師傅解釋燒味的溫度極為重要，所以就算租金再貴，也狠心在燒味部放兩大座太空爐，「我覺得燒味即刻燒即刻食是最好，因為就算你做得再好，燒味一放涼就已經不好吃。」
