Good, especially with free-flow french fries. But would not consider the extra steak portion for $80 in next visits.

Top Blade Steak Lab is generally positioned as a more affordable steakhouse in Hong Kong, so expectations were fairly grounded going in. I ordered a medium rare steak set that came with fries and some sides. The steak itself was average, which honestly aligns with the price point. You more or less get what you pay for. It wasn’t badly cooked, just not particularly flavourful or memorable in quality. If you’re coming here expecting premium beef, this isn’t that tier. The fries were alright. It’s fried food, so it’s hard to go too wrong. Crisp enough, edible, nothing to complain about. The soda drink was also very average, just a standard add-on that didn’t really add anything to the meal. Service, though, is where things really fall apart. It’s honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced in Hong Kong casual dining. And judging from the number of Google reviews calling this out, it’s clearly a known and recurring issue. Staff come across disengaged and uninterested, and the whole interaction feels reluctant rather than welcoming. What’s wild is that this has seemingly gone on for a long time. You do wonder if the same crew has just always been there, or if it’s actually the owner

It is ok. Tried the signature flat iron steak in a Saturday afternoon. There were a few empty tables, not busy. The atmosphere was quite relaxing. OK, the food. The truffle fries was lovely. Crispy outside and soft inside with a truffle flavor. The steak was quite tender precisely medium rare but not very juicy and therefore not very tasty( I didn't put any salt or pepper at the beginning). It's better after putting some salt.

This steak house has been on my list for a while, not only they have unlimited fries but also opened a second shop in such a short period of time. So I brought along my friends today to try out this restaurant to see if it has lived up the hype! The interior of the place is very casual and definitely great if you’re looking for a dinner place with a group if friends. We ordered a few signature dishes: beef burger with cheese (sides with a delicious and fresh salad), prime flat iron steak (their plating was another spot on!) and another prime steak which was juicy and delicious. We also added a chowder soup, which was rich and with a lot of ingredients inside the soup. The flavor was just right and not too strong like the usual cream soup. Overall, we had a great time and the owner of the shop was also very helper and happy as they kept on serving unlimited fries to each table with a big smile. Hope they continue to succeed as we need more restaurants like this one in Hong Kong!

Very delicious and friendly western cuisine. It's mainly served steak. The environment was excellent an comfortable. All staffs were nice and helpful, they will politely asked customers' needs and refilled fries to us. They also described the steak in detail. We have tried the homemade soup, salad, herbal steak and dessert! The tomato herbal soup was great and healthy; the salad had fresh veggies and yellowish tomatoes with sesame sauce. The medium rare herbal steak was fantastic with soft texture and full of beef taste! Love its simple sauce and sea salt, besides, the whole grilled garlic was soft and lovely taste! Fries was so crispy and hot with truffle taste. The tomato sauce was added for increasing taste!
