About Hotel Hart

Hotel Hart is listed under hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong. The address is 九龍尖沙咀赫德道4號. Below you will find what people usually look up before a visit: the exact location, contact details, opening hours and the Google rating.

When booking, check whether the rate includes service charges and breakfast, read the cancellation terms and compare with the property's own website. Prices are highest and rooms scarcest at Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year and during major trade fairs and concerts; with heavy luggage, a stay near an MTR or Airport Express station makes life easier. Ask about early check-in or late check-out when you book.

No opening hours have been published here yet; the Google Maps link on this page shows the latest details. Bear in mind that many small shops close over Lunar New Year and may not open while a typhoon or black rainstorm warning is in force. You can call 2991 0000; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. More information is on its website, hotelhart.com.

At 3.8 out of 5 on Google (463 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.

Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

I booked hotel hart to be closed to the TST area. Location wise it is very solid but I wouldn’t agree that this is classified as 4 star hotel (more like 2.5) For starters, the water pipe noise is pretty consistent with the other reviews on here. For my assigned room , it was extremely small compared to what I was expecting/ was showed on the booking site - luckily it was just me so it was ok. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbors as well as the bars down stairs. The bathroom for my specific room was not clean well as there seems to be bathroom mold and rust on the toilet and shower walls and the sink was extremely small. The staff was nice but I would only recommend this place for location if you don’t care about the loud noises from the streets and neighbors and the rusted bathroom. Would most likely not book again.

The location is the main draw here, right in the middle of the action, but that's also part of the problem: expect noise at night from the 2-3 bars nearby. That's a fair trade-off if you know what you're booking for. The rooms are extremely small, smaller than we expected even having read other reviews. For Hong Kong prices, it felt poor value for money. The bigger issues were maintenance-related. We were placed in room 802, where the pipes make a loud static-like noise whenever a sink or shower is used elsewhere in the building. Unfortunately for us, we only realised this at around 11pm after we'd already gone to sleep. Trust me, it will wake you up with a fright. We asked to move rooms because of this, and got the impression staff already knew it was a problem with rooms on that floor, yet placed us there anyway. After moving up to 1309, the air conditioning unit dripped water onto the bed (and onto my face) during the night, waking us up. Between the room size, the noise from the pipes, the AC fault, and the price, this didn't feel like good value.
