About 利景酒家

利景酒家 is a Cantonese and dim sum restaurant in Wan Chai, at 香港島灣仔史釗域道1號. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it.

When choosing a restaurant, check whether the menu shows prices and the service charge, whether you need to book, and whether there are vegetarian or children's options. Restaurants must hold a licence from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, usually displayed inside. Lunar New Year, Mother's Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve are peak booking times, and some restaurants offer set menus or add a surcharge on festive days, so ask ahead. Dim sum restaurants usually charge a per-person tea fee, and dishes are priced by size; weekend mornings from about 10:00 to lunchtime are the busiest, and many places give out queue tickets. Book wedding and birthday banquets months ahead.

Google lists the opening hours as daily, 07:30–23:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2362 2982. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. More information is on its website, openrice.com.

At 4.0 out of 5 on Google (437 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.

Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

Nothing says Hong Kong cuisine like this restaurant. You must be spoiled for food in Hong Kong, yes, but everything here is everything you can ask for from fried pork items GU LOK YOK to double boiled soup to fresh fish off the coast to dim sum. Everything is authentic, i went there for days on end because the variety and the quality was unmatched. It’s highly affordable with lunch menus, tea time menus and dinner menu. And most of all you’ll be stuffed with goodness at the end of the meal! The people there are of course very hospitable it’s only because they are busy that may seem to rush but otherwise amazing servers especially Billy there! Highly recommend this place when you’re in HK.

Very bad service and attitude. Food is ok only. Gives tables immediately to their regulars but refuses to give us a table even though there were alot of empty tables around . After insisting that there r a lot of empty tables , and contradicting what she said within 2 mins, she " found" a tablle for us. Ridiculous.

Can agree with most other reviews here. Generous portions, good quality and delicious food overall. Also we got a great free dessert soup. Everyone working there was unusually nice for Hong Kong standards - nice change once in a while. Also, small detail but the cook used a big wooden chopping block, nice detail as I don’t like microplastics. Great place, good food good location, will be back

Nestled in Wan Chai, Lei King is a traditional Cantonese gem that excels in fresh seafood and Dim Sum. The spacious, comfortable interiors set the stage for a masterful meal, helmed by a renowned chef.

Chinese style restaurant serving Cantonese style dishes. Good size menu. They also have good set/banquet. We paid around $1500 for a set for 6 people, with ample food. Some of the food was slightly salty, but their Cantonese sponge cake and abalone/chicken rice pot was really authentic.
