Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

I don’t understand what all the bad these are about. Food was amazing. The service was not rude.

Had the char siew and roasted pork belly for lunch. Unfortunately, it was quite average overall. The char siew was tender, which was good, but it wasn't as flavorful as I was hoping for. The roasted pork belly's skin was slightly hard, and again, the flavors didn't really stand out. It's decent if you're in the area and need a quick meal, but there are probably better options for roasted meats elsewhere.

Never had such a rude service in Hong Kong, and that’s saying a lot. Arrived at 8:35pm the lady almost rolled her eyes at me and told me they will close at 9pm. Ordered roast goose and roast pork rice, asked to quickly pay at the counter first. Both meats are terrible, it was dry and tasteless, the skin was chewy not crispy, but quantity was ok, mostly rice. You can actually get better quality roasted meat from the supermarket. Service was terrible, the whole time you pressured to leave so they can close shop. Had other patrons came after me and they were also rushed to order and leave, overheard them complaining about the same thing. Did not finish and left at 8:50pm. Wouldn’t come back even if you paid me.

Food: Their cha siu is super good, especially when you tell them to make it 肥啲. They are very soft, succulent, and amazing to the palate, and the portion is very sizable for the princely price of 50 dollars! Just be sure to not order any cold drinks as they will cost yoh a hefty price :> Service: Their service is very speedy and their staff is generally kind and well-mannered who make some effort cleaning the table when you are seated. Their serving speed is super quick too even during rush hours, so you can dine with much convenience. Atmosphere: It's always crowded but there are always some seats available if you head in alone.

The food taste was ok and acceptable. The portion was huge and it can be shared 2 portion with 3 people. The service was not humble. Overall it just okay for 3 star
