Hotel room felt a little dated, felt as if a 1990s design. Was slightly disappointed that all family rooms doesn't have a view of the harbour but inward facing towards other rooms. However the service of the staff is quite impeccable and the rooms are well cleaned. Location wise, its directly located next to harbour city which ensures that even during days of heavy rain, you can still head out to the restaurant for a meal or for some quick shopping.

We stayed for 3 nights with our 3 children, booking two communicating rooms as part of a flight and hotel package through Trip.com. Upon arrival, one of the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, which was surprising given the hotel’s strict non-smoking policy. I flagged the issue at reception and, as no other communicating rooms were available, the team upgraded us to 2 excellent rooms very close to one another. The situation was handled with real professionalism and care, and I genuinely appreciated it. Beyond that initial hiccup, the hotel was outstanding: brilliantly located, exceptionally spacious rooms by Hong Kong standards, and remarkable service throughout our stay. My kids also loved the swimming pool which was pretty much empty every evening (open until 7PM). We would not hesitate to recommend it.

It was a disappointing 9 days stay. First of all the mattress was old , flat , sunk in, a worn out mattress with 2 mattress covers on top. It had given myself and my husband backache every morning. The bathroom smell of urine with stains around the toilet bowl. The towels were hard . The carpet is old. The customer service was excellent and the room is spacious. The breakfast was mediocre. The beacon and eggs were cold. In summary I would not recommend as a 5 star hotel and I would not select this hotel next time I visit Hong Kong.

Booked the Deluxe Harbour View Room but received an upgrade to Premier Room. The Premier Room was spacious but did not have much view. Decided to “downgrade” back to Harbour View. No regrets. The Harbour View Room has amazing views and definitely felt more luxurious. Location is central and accessible to everything especially shopping and food, 5-star! Service was top notch and staff were accommodating and assisting throughout the stay - shoutout to Paddy Chan. Will no doubt return again.
