When choosing a café or dessert shop, look at whether prices are shown, whether plant milks or less-sweet options are available, and whether there is a time limit on seats. Many open seven days a week, but some small shops take a weekly day off; for cakes or large orders of pastries, calling ahead is the safest bet. Bakeries usually bake fresh in the morning and late afternoon, and popular items can sell out early.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Tue 07:30–20:30, Wed 07:30–20:00, Thu–Sun 07:30–20:30. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 2519 9367; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. Its website is instagram.com, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.
At 3.8 out of 5 on Google (59 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.

This bakery provided many Japanese style breads and muffins. The quality was fine. The service was just average because the plastic bag for the bread bought was not bound by sticker or wire. Without appropriate packing, the bread would fall out. Besides, the thin plastic bag holding the bread would be easily broken, and the bread would drop or not in its original look.

A really good bakery, the pastries are delicious!😍 I’ve gone there 3 times since finding it last week, and every evening most of their stuff is sold out because they have so many customers!😊

Out of the tons of bakeries out there, this is the only one I've seen that make their breads and pastries without any tran or hydrogenated fat, preservatives, food colouring, and additives. They make their breads with natural ingredients only. Please keep on making bread this way. Our body can't really process so much nasty fats and chemicals and we are slowly killing ourselves by eating those un-natural ingredients.

A very nice bakery at reasonable price. I like the cranberry bagel which is much better than the one at Starbucks and Pacific Coffee. Other breads are very yummy. Much better than maxims and other chain stores. Worth to go!
