When choosing a restaurant, check whether the menu shows prices and the service charge, whether you need to book, and whether there are vegetarian or children's options. Book wedding and birthday banquets months ahead.
Google lists the opening hours as daily, 07:00–22:00. It opens every day of the week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

Loved this spot so much I came back twice in one day for both lunch and dinner! The signature tangerine peel roast goose is absolutely incredible—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Pro tips for tourists: 📌Beat the queue by arriving slightly before the peak lunch rush. 📌Make sure to bring cash, as card/digital payments aren't accepted for tourists! A must-try spot in HK. I’ll definitely be back!

It is 5mins walk from our hotel. Walk in but need to share the table. The service is quite nice, above HK average. We shared the big one including roast goose and sweet pork + 2 milk tea. Really tasty and enough for two person. I had one packed on the way to the airport which means how good they are! They accept all payment incl visa, WeChat, Alipay. Highly recommend!

Same dining period , had the shared-table experience with 2 groups . First, I was seated with another group, and after they left, another customer was seated at the same table with me. Not unusual in Hong Kong, especially during peak hours, good experience. Ordered the roast goose and char siu rice. The portion was generous and the service was attentive despite the crowd. The Hong Kong milk tea was also very good, rich and smooth. As for the food, the char siu wasn’t really to my liking but is super thick cuts. The roast goose was decent, but since I didn’t specify a preferred cut, I was served the rib section, which had less meat than expected. Overall, a busy and popular spot with efficient service, good portions, and solid milk tea. The roast meats were good but didn’t quite wow me. Worth a try if you’re in the area, but your experience may depend on the cut you get.

2 visits and food excellent both times. The goose is very tasty and ordered by almost everyone, mainly locals. We also enjoyed the green vegetables, Chinese broccoli in garlic and green beans with pork mince. Superb. It's a busy restaurant, can be noisy and service is brisk.

Located near the Wan Chai MTR station, it’s quite convenient to get to (we came around dinner time). We arrived a little early, so although there was already a queue, it moved pretty fast. The dining area is small but cosy, got a table that is just right for the four of us (two adults and two teenagers). Service was quick and efficient. We ordered their signature Tangerine Peel Roast Goose, BBQ Pork, and Claypot Roast Pork with Beancurd, all with rice. The portions were generous! I’ve tried many of the famous roast goose spots around Hong Kong, but this one stands out for its unique tangerine peel flavour — subtle yet distinctive, and very much to my liking. Their BBQ pork was equally impressive, tender and nicely caramelised. The clay pot roast pork with bean curd was tasty but a little on the spicy side, which the kids couldn’t handle. Overall, the food was excellent, pricing was reasonable, and it’s definitely one of my top picks for roast goose in Hong Kong.
