About 深井陳記燒鵝 (中環店)
深井陳記燒鵝 (中環店) is a Cantonese and dim sum restaurant in Central, Central and Western, at 香港島中環租庇利街9號號地下. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it.
Many Hong Kong restaurants add a 10% service charge to the bill, and tipping beyond that is optional. Popular places fill up at lunchtime and on weekend evenings, so book by phone, WhatsApp or a platform such as OpenRice; some set a time limit or a minimum spend. Most offer both dine-in and takeaway, and Octopus, credit cards, FPS and PayMe are widely accepted, though smaller places may take cash only. Dim sum restaurants usually charge a per-person tea fee, and dishes are priced by size; weekend mornings from about 10:00 to lunchtime are the busiest, and many places give out queue tickets. Book wedding and birthday banquets months ahead.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Wed 10:30–22:00, Thu 10:30–22:30, Fri 10:30–22:00, Sat–Sun 10:30–21:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 9354 8870. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. It is a mobile number, and many local businesses also answer enquiries on WhatsApp.
At 3.6 out of 5 on Google (270 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

Surprisingly tender and flavorful meat for goose. Quick and friendly service. Great value for money, with generous portions

rice noodles were good, broth and goose were flavourful. however i wish the skin of the crispy pork was actually more “crispy” as it was quite soft and slightly soggy. portions were very filling though!

strongly do not recommend any takeaway for roast goose. I ordered the lower quarter portion. when picked up it was cold, so went back to heat up before eating. the portion was small, and most of it was bones from the side with no meat. the flavor was alright, but not worth the price

Overall shitty - after 1y in HK most other places are better Waiters took me and my friends for fools by serving us leftovers (portions should be twice as big with more meat and not just bones) Price for what is in the two pictures below is 436HKD. CRAZY. Hygiene in the restaurant is bad too Also they lied that they were out of roast pork then brought some for some other customers 🤡

NOT RECOMMENDED No English available. The duck was cold. I have never had such food in Hong Kong. Any of sane kind restaurants served hot ducks rather than cold ducks. Surprising.
