Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

I just stumbled upon this bakeshop today! I saw the interesting selection of bread and the queue, which got me curious. And the bread was really good! The texture is incredibly nice, and the flavor is spot on. The double chocolate is premium. The matcha was a bit bitter for my personal taste, but overall, all the flavors were great. To top it off, the lady serving us was so nice and sweet! ❤️ Definitely will go back.

Cute little bakery with a great selection of Korean mochi breads. I’m absolutely obsessed with the pork floss one — the filling is generous and savory, and the soft, chewy texture is irresistible. Everything tastes fresh, and the staff are friendly. Perfect spot to grab a unique, satisfying snack or treat. Highly recommend trying the pork floss mochi bread.

I don’t like the fact they only allow two types of mochi for a six mochi set. Wanted to try others variety since it’s my first time visiting this place. Wanna give it a try as there was no queue this time. Super long queue when I first notice this place after walking past Jenny Bakery. It’s pretty good but not worth a trip just to buy or if there is long queue for this.

It's very near to the Jenny Bakery and we started to queue with others after buying the cookies. Very small and cute shop they have. The chocolate flavoured mochi bread are sold out so we got ourselves the original ones. Taste good though. A bit chewy inside + abit crispy outside.

Overview - Flavours include original, chocolate, pork floss, cheese and Metcha - original flavour at $25 for 6, the other flavour at any combinstion $35 for 6 Mochi breads become more popular particular for the youth recently in Hong Kong. It is not big, thus you can try different tastes. There is always a long quene of people in front of the shop. If you want to avoid long queuing time, do not go there around lunch time. The shop will bake Mochi all the day at a regular time slot in order to keep it fresh. You may see the next finishing time inside the shop. Cheese and Metcha are the most popular one and sold out earlier. Their Mochi is chewy and no oily smell. They use Anchor butter and whipping cream for producing Mochi. Therefore, their texture and shape can be sustained longer. However, if they can reduce the sugar component in the recipe, that will be perfect. Overall, the Mochi is tasty but a little bit sweeter.
