Definately the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I stayed in many hotels and this one really stands out. Something you rember for many years and often talk about with friends after a few beers. I am sad that I didnt take any pics.

In summary, I feared for the safety of both me and my mother, so we booked another hotel and just forgo the booking at Taj Super Deluxe (don't be fooled by its name). When we arrived, there was another group of tourists who were going to do the same - just forgo the booking and money, and book another lodging. Safety comes first.

Stupid things here. My room was cancelled by the owner, then I booked a rambler hotel from agoda, it just takes 200 HKD per night. Rambler hotel is a little, little,and little bit more expensive. But rambler hotel gives you a good water, good air conditioner, good linen for sleep. Your towel exchange everyday. Please save your money, save your time, protect your family just don't book this hotel

I accompanied a friend who wanted to stay there and it's like all other reviews suggest. The guy is just extremely rude, does not care about his customers at all, and is not even wearing a mask. We couldn't even see the room because 4 hours after planned check-in it was still being cleaned. Like the other reviews suggest, do not book there, better spend just a little more money to stay in a better place with good customer service which is not sketchy.
