Had an amazing stay! CW went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. He very kindly upgraded our room and we had such a relaxing stay. The staff that collected our bags from the taxi were extremely helpful. Room facilities were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, big thanks to CW, and we look forward to staying here again next time we’re transiting through Hong Kong. Thank you so much for looking after us!

Chose the hotel after seeing good review from others. When we arrived, we were vwry happy with the big size of the room and also the bathtub. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast variety is great as well. One kf the day when we returned back from sightseeing, we found macaron with birthday card for while who has her birthday that day. It was a pleasant surprise from the hotel management. The room has very good sound proof, we cannot hear any noise from corridor nor outside. Definitely will come back again in future trip to Hongkong

The rooms were clean and the service was really good. Location seems ok ok but everything was accessable from the hotel. The moment you get out of the door, you'll fine all kinds of stores. Grocery, chothes, electronis, etc. Etc. Everything... The restaurans are very nearby and at walking distance. There's mall too at walking distance. The metro station is also walking distance from Park hotel. I enjoyed my 5 days stay with peace and quality. They have kept water filler at every floor and stopped the plastic bottle service. Really Good initiative from them towards the environment.
