Rooms are great, location is perfect and is even connected to a luxury mall. The only downsides in my opinion are there's never a good view from my room and I've been here at least 15 times. Also, bathroom has no bidet which made my stay pretty uncomfortable. There's also visible wear and tear on the furniture and the drinking glasses were dirty and stained.

We recently stayed here to celebrate my birthday, and the team at the Club Lounge was absolutely incredible. They consistently went above and beyond for us, from securing us a fantastic room to making us feel genuinely welcomed every time we walked past. They even remembered my birthday and surprised us with an amazing cake! A special thank you to Amber, Spring, Viann, and Danny for their exceptional hospitality and for making this a birthday to remember. We look forward to staying here again thanks to you guys.
