We stayed at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers for two nights and were extremely happy with our choice. The room was very comfortable, the service was outstanding, and we felt it offered excellent value given its prime location. We ordered room service both mornings, which was excellent, and the hotel also appeared to have several great restaurants that we'd like to try on a future visit. This was my third trip to Hong Kong, and each time I've stayed in Tsim Sha Tsui. This was my favorite hotel so far. It's conveniently located next to the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station, about a 20-minute walk from Temple Street Night Market, and made getting around the city incredibly easy. We took the MTR to Hong Kong Disneyland with no issues, and the waterfront promenade and countless restaurants were all within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and guest rooms are of good size. Customer service is good. Some rooms are with beautiful harbour view. However, the bathroom design is of weird, narrow and not practical. The shower area smelled like public toilet on both of our stays. Also, i am a gold member but couldn't use the usual late checkout benefit because I booked the hotel via a third party rather than directly from their website. I remain neutral to whether this hotel is to be recommended or not.

I've stayed in other Sheraton hotels , a few times, but I have to say this time it was extremely disappointing the room smelt musty . The bed was hard. Booked a junior suite . The service was average. Rooms where average . To be honest the whole experience was average. But acceptable. There was no wow factor with anything here. Great location this place would not be on my list to come back to unfortunately
