Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

Very yummy roasted goose and very good service too .

I had high hopes for their roast goose after watching a video on YouTube about the restaurant and its founder. Unfortunately, the roast goose, supposedly the restaurant’s signature dish, was a disappointment. Here’s why: - 85% of the goose piece they served was a combination of fat and bones. The remaining 15% was split between skin and meat. The kitchen staff knowingly chopped and served the customer something that’s only good for making broth. Absolutely ridiculous. - The meat was bland. It’s either they didn’t spend enough time to season and marinate the goose or they didn’t bother to do it at all. Regarding the char siu, don’t let the pictures fool you: the meat is bland, a bit dry, and too lean for char siu. It’s simply subpar. As for the grilled eel with rice, it’s actually tasty, but that’s most likely because the eel was precooked by and bought from a distributor. Conclusion: We don’t know about the rest of their dishes, but what we can say for sure is that we honestly can’t recommend their roast goose and char siu.

Pretty hidden siu mei place. Love the environment, as a nicely renovated cha chaan tang and barbecue meat restaurant, casual yet cozy. Had their signature roasted goose and bbq pork, love how they are lean but soft. The lunch set was a good deal, wide selection too.

Solid food, recommend the goose. However they did not accept Alipay or Amex or cards - only cash or Octopus so kinda put us in a bind. Aside from that, was spacious and enjoyable.

Mar 2025: it was the first time to have lunch here. I was attracted by their roasted goose. Finally found the goose portion maybe too large for one person. Then, I ordered breakfast set (available until 11:30). I ordered Chi Siu (roasted pork) macaronis. However, a bit disappointed that the Chi Siu not as I expected. It was dry, not juicy. Toast and egg are fine. Drink is fine. Price is fair.
