About 營致會館

營致會館 is a Cantonese and dim sum restaurant in Central, Central and Western, at Shop G05, 107-108, 41 Connaught Rd Central, Central, Hong Kong Island. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it.

When choosing a restaurant, check whether the menu shows prices and the service charge, whether you need to book, and whether there are vegetarian or children's options. Restaurants must hold a licence from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, usually displayed inside. Lunar New Year, Mother's Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve are peak booking times, and some restaurants offer set menus or add a surcharge on festive days, so ask ahead.

Google lists the opening hours as daily, 11:30–15:00 and 18:00–23:00. It opens every day of the week. There is a break between the lunch and dinner sessions. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 2801 6882; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. Its website is yingjeeclub.hk, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

At 4.2 out of 5 on Google (367 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.

Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

Finally tried the new menu and I like sea cucumber and abalone the most! I truly appreciate the craftsmanship in this dish. The combination of the braised Japanese sea cucumber and the five-head South African abalone is spectacular—especially the rich, savory depth of the sauce.

Nice dim sum dishes but limited variety. BBQ pork was mediocre and undercooked. 100HKD per person for tea was overpriced and felt like a rip off.

Came here for the lunch express set, was good value for money. Highlight was the lobster and 陳村粉, but all the other dishes were good.

My first visit to this multi–Michelin-starred restaurant. The lunchtime set, priced at around HKD 700 per person, began on a high note — the dim sum appetiser and soup were both excellent. However, the main course, featuring beef and noodles in soup, was modest in taste and somewhat underwhelming for a restaurant of its Michelin calibre. Overall, it’s worth trying once, but not compelling enough to return for a second visit.

I recently dined at Yee Jee Club, and it was a lovely experience. It’s earned Michelin stars every year since 2021, which speaks to its quality. The atmosphere is cozy and dim, making it a great spot for catching up with friends, special occasions/celebration evening. I had some dietary restrictions and requested a low-carb menu, and the staff was very accommodating. I enjoyed the wok-fried lobster with shallots & scallions, which was delicious. The double boiled fish maw with silky chicken was comforting, and I appreciated that they offered suitable options. The pan-fried leopard coral garoupa and crispy salted chicken were also enjoyable, along with the shrimp wontons. For dessert, I tried the double boiled pear with red dates and the baked pistachio puff, which were quite nice. Overall, it was a solid dining experience, especially with their attention to dietary needs. I’d definitely come back and try their dim sum during the day!
