About 卓健物理治療中心 (中環-威享大廈)
卓健物理治療中心 (中環-威享大廈) is a physiotherapy centre in Central, Central and Western, at 香港島中環皇后大道中138號威享大廈4樓. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. The address puts it on an upper floor, so note the floor and unit number; some buildings ask visitors to register at the lobby, and lifts can be slow at busy times.
Public general out-patient clinics can be booked through the Hospital Authority's HA Go app, while private clinics take bookings by phone or in person. Many clinics close or shorten their hours on Sundays and public holidays, and early evenings are busy; for emergencies go to an A&E department or call 999. This page is for reference only and is not medical advice.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Thu 08:00–19:00, Fri 08:00–13:30 and 14:30–19:00, Sat 08:00–13:00, Sun closed. That makes 6 working days a week. There is a midday break, so the day is split into two sessions. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2523 6378. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. More information is on its website, qhms.com.
At 3.9 out of 5 on Google (17 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

I visited the outpatient TCM service under Zurich insurance. The receptionist staff provided good and helpful service throughout the booking process and explained the insurance granules arrangement clearly. However, my first consultation felt rushed, and I left with an adjusted prescription that included additional granules beyond the basic daily allowance. The following day, I experienced significant side effects after taking the Chinese medicine—mainly nausea, a strong feeling of vomiting, and excessive gas. While the counter staff were courteous, I was concerned that the treating doctor’s explanation and professionalism were not sufficient for a medical situation involving medication tolerance and adverse reactions. I would recommend that the clinic review dosage appropriateness more carefully, especially when patients report side effects promptly. Overall, the service at the counter was good, but my experience with the clinical assessment and aftercare was disappointing. ---

Awful service from Reception. Unhelpful and robotic.

When this group was in my insurance network coverage, I visited frequently to address shoulder and neck pain. My physiotherapist, Hillary, tried his very best to address my symptoms with a combo of electro-, manual-, and release therapies. The staff are also helpful when rescheduling, the appointments are well kept and the facilities clean. Would look forward to visiting again when able.
