When choosing a restaurant, check whether the menu shows prices and the service charge, whether you need to book, and whether there are vegetarian or children's options. Restaurants must hold a licence from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, usually displayed inside. Lunar New Year, Mother's Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve are peak booking times, and some restaurants offer set menus or add a surcharge on festive days, so ask ahead. Dim sum restaurants usually charge a per-person tea fee, and dishes are priced by size; weekend mornings from about 10:00 to lunchtime are the busiest, and many places give out queue tickets. Book wedding and birthday banquets months ahead.

Google lists the opening hours as daily, 07:00–23:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2626 1168. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first.

At 3.5 out of 5 on Google (413 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.

Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

food quality and quantity are both good. Taste for every dish is good. too which will make me come back. However, service could have some improvement.

I would call this valley for money. A set dinner for four only cost $610 with a complimentary dessert. The setting is comfortable and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Had a private room with a 12 course menu - overall the food is on the lighter “salt” level - flavourful without the heavy salty MSG component. Whole pig, shrimp, fried milk, smoky chicken, veggie dish were my favourites.

We had a very nice dinner and a subsequent dim sum the following morning . We ordered two dishes and also received the chicken ( 一蚊雞) for $1 HKD .Our dinner tab was about $550 HKD .I should clarify that we ordered two dishes ( one of which was the fish )= $299.00 plus another dish and the delicious soup dumplings So four dishes total = $550.00 HKD. Again I have absolutely no clue why the negative experience from certain customers. To me it's like paying for a three star hotel and expect a five star experience .I will most certainly dine here next time I visit Hong Kong as I and my in laws enjoyed our meals very much and I hope you will too. We returned to this place a year and half after the first visit and was just happy about the good foods and good service .

This restaurant was nearby our hotel and we decided to check it out. Turned out to be a great place for dinner. Seated upstairs, it was not crowded and environment was great. The food was extensive and upon recommendations we decided for the set which was very nicely priced given the servings. We had a variety of seafood and it was absolutely fresh and delicious. Highly recommended for dinners. They also open early for dim sum and breakfast and downstairs is their sister outlet for quick meals ie roast meats. The roast goose is really good indeed by HK standards.
