would not recommend this hotel. stayed here for a week and one of the two available lifts on the G/F are constantly not operating, meaning it takes forever to wait for a lift to get up to the guestroom (the floor display also does not work). the room itself is serviceable enough but old. the biggest issues i had were with the bathroom. the design of the bathtub is strange with a very low side, meaning whenever i took a shower water would just go out of the tub and soak half of the bathroom floor. the showerhead doesn't come off the wall and could not be repositioned. with both the tap on the sink and in the bath, the hot and cold water controls had different knobs and it was annoying to get the temperature right, especially with the bath. service - front desk staff were unfriendly, and we suspect that not all guests were asked to place a deposit. the deposit is fine but when checking out, they took a long time to check the room and return the deposit. and not sure how it's fair when some guests don't even have to place the deposit. location is okay, but a 5-7 mins walk from the closest mtr station (tsim sha tsui). there are better options out there with a similar price.

We had a really good stay in this hotel for 4 nights. Shout out to hotel staff Shadow Luo for upgrading our room by giving us the best comfort possible. Room cleaner is also very polite. The location is good near with kfc halal and ebeneezer shop halal as well. Very satisfied.

I am very grateful that the Kimberley hotel allowed me to check-in the middle of the night as my flight arrived just after 12AM. The hotel has a classic feel as it is clearly several decades old. That means that the rooms are a bit dated, but still perfectly serviceable. On the other hand, the hallways look great. Staff were helpful and friendly and the central location makes it a great base for exploring Hong Kong.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at The Kimberley Hotel Hong Kong! We arrived at The Kimberley Hotel around 11:00 AM and were pleasantly surprised when we were able to check in by 12:00 noon. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and efficient, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One thing we really appreciated was the spacious hotel lobby. There were plenty of tables and chairs available for guests who were waiting, relaxing, or enjoying a quick meal. Complimentary drinks were also provided at the lobby, which was a thoughtful touch. The restrooms were easily accessible and well-maintained, and the hotel offers free luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, making our travel experience much more convenient. The location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest highlights. Everything you need is within walking distance—convenience stores, shopping malls, train stations, and bus stops are all nearby, making it incredibly easy to explore Hong Kong. For our stay, we booked a City View Superior Room with a Queen Bed. The room exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, bright, clean, and very comfortable. After a full day of sightseeing, it was the per
